Clinical Indicators Data Collection (CIDC) and Chronic Disease Management (CDMP) functionalities in MediClaim portal will be changing new URL with effect from 15 April 2024.
Please informed your Corppass Administrator to add the new Corppass eService ID (Clinical Indicators Data Collection) to their CorpPass account.
