When can my application for clinic accreditation be approved?
  The processing depends on your clinic’s timeliness in submitting to Central Provident Fund Board the necessary data (e.g documents for preparation of Deed of Indemnity, GIRO form for deduction of transaction costs, Direct Credit Authorisation Form for Medisave/MediShield Life monies to be credited.

You will also need to fulfil the following conditions:
    (i) Hold a valid operating licence under the PHMC Act to carry out the procedures and treatments to be claimed for
        Medisave/MediShield Life

    (ii) Attend a training session conducted by MOH, Central Provident Fund Board on the claims submission system.

    (iii) Sign a Deed of Indemnity with Central Provident Fund Board
